Responsibilities
- Research and shortlist companies, colleges, and institutions that could use our services
- Reach out to prospects by email and LinkedIn and follow up on every conversation
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and one-page outlines with the team
- Keep a clear record of leads, conversations, and next steps
- Coordinate with delivery and training teams so promises made to clients can be kept
- Help create LinkedIn content that explains our services in plain language
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and following up politely and persistently
- Interest in software, IT services, or education and training
- Organised, with attention to detail when tracking leads
- Willing to learn on the job and take feedback
